So, I read Ben Coats tutorial, but he didn't said about few money important quests, so I decided to make a guide / tutorial too 
I managed to have 32 000 pesos, 35 doubloons, full available crew, their needs and a ship of course.
so here we go:
At the beginning, talk to people to seek information about "abbot Benoit," which is in local church. Thus, go to the church (located next to the bank). In the church on the left side of the pulpit talk to the abbot Bonoit and will told you to wait until tomorrow. So go to the tavern and get some sleep to the next morning.
Now go back to the church and then speak again with Bonit. Shortly after finishing the conversation with him, a guard will show up, which will bring you to your brother, so follow him. In the underground at the bottom, at the very end on the right side is located your brother. Talk with him. Now you are ready to take job.
Go to the store, you will find out that the store owner employee has disappear. Get out of town and go to the left path. On the next map, you'll see two men running to the left and on the right are the third guy corpses. Search them and go on the Pirate's Nest (Right, Left), the missing guy you are looking for is called "Gralam Lavoie" and is located in the store (or sometimes sitting in the tavern).
After talking with Gralam back to the city. Go to the governor and talk with him you found earrings. You lose "Earings with cameo" (selling in bank for 35 gold dublons (3,500 pesos)) in exchange for Cheap Map (5064 pesos). Now go to the store and tell that you have found his employee. You receive from him 1,000 pesos and the request to find a new employee. So go back to the tavern in the Pirate's Nest.
Casare Craig will tell you that to find candidates you will have to pay 1,000 pesos. Agree to that. Then you have to come back in an hour. Do it.
In the meantime, back to the city, in front of the church Gregoire Gereau will wait with an unusual request. He will ask you to hire one of the brothel whores, you will receive 6,000 pesos, but don't go there yet. Now you can go to the Fort (right path from the city gates). At the entrance to the fort will be two guards, one of them will ask you for a favor, to buy rare wine. So go back to the city and to the market. Talk to Justine Jacquet, you have to pay 700 pesos in exchange for wine (Do not give it back yet, you need to earn 33,000 pesos before you do). Now go back to the Pirate's Nest.
In the tavern should be three candidates
1. 500 pesos + heavy packet of amber (711 pesos)
2. 500 pesos + 5x500 extra pesos (2,500 pesos)
3. 500 pesos + 25 golden doubloons (2,500 pesos)
But the store owner will check them anyway, so after another hour to actually get from him:
1. 5,000 pesos (6,211 pesos)
2. 4,000 pesos (7,000 pesos)
3. 3,000 pesos (6,000 pesos)
Go to Port Office, "Guy Carrada" will ask you to help "Prosper Trubal". Agree to it. In front of gates will be standing "Prosper Trubal." Talk to him and come out of the city. The road to the cave (Left, Left, Right). Go to Port Office, "Guy Carrada" will ask you to help "Prosper Trubal". Agree to it. In front of gates will be standing "Prosper Trubal." Talk to him and come out of the city. From Gilber you will receive 3,000 pesos and 20 doubloons.
Go to the tavern in the city, "Armand Paquin" will ask you to transport things to the city IMPORTANT not to skip the dialogues, save password (dots, commas and capitalization are important because you'll enter it manually).
You will get Cheap Spyglass, you can put it one. A merchant sailboat, which will be available about 19.05 has a top speed of 1.7 to 2.5 knots (my personal max speed was 3.3 knots), so the trip will be quite long. After completing this mission you will receive 5,000 pesos. Check if you are in possession of at least 32,000 pesos. If so, go to the fort to give previously purchased wine, you will receive 1,000 pesos and MONEYMAKER QUEST ARRIVED you will be asked once more but this time for a larger order of 10 to 60 bottles of wine.
Return to the city and talk to "Justine Jacquet" (that person you have previously bought wine from). You must pay her 1,000 pesos, she will tell you then a sufficient number of bottles has a shop owner, go and speak to him. Unfortunately, he will want to confirmation for such a purchase, so go back to "Justine Jacquet". For another fee of 2,000 pesos she will write a letter of recommendation that you have to give the owner of the store. Now you will be asked for the number of bottles (1 bottle = 500 pesos / 60 bottles = 30000 pesos). Purchase as much as you can, but no more than 60 (shopkeeper can sell you up to 70 bottles. but guards will not afford more than 60 of them) and get back to the fort, you will get twice as much as you paid.
Now just go to a brothel and talk to "Aurora" in the Reception room. (The second option dialog will allow you to pay 500 pesos less) and you have to wait until 11pm to take that whore. Unfortunately, without completing this mission you cannot buy the ship
No finally you can go to the ship yard and buy your first ship
The cost of the ship 17,000 pesos
Then go to the store and purchase only this (because later on your further navigator will get some rum and other stuff )
Medicine = 60 (534 pesos)
Food = 60 (120 pesos)
Now go to the tavern and speak with the owner, then a sitting sailor will shows up.
Sailors 40 = 8000 pesos
You need a navigator, to recruit him you need to talk to people on the street, then you will find that he is in jail, so go there. Talk to "Candide Brasseur" (left from the entrance). You will learn that he has debts in the bank, so go to the bank to explain the matter. You can pay off your debt or help the banker in exchange for repayment of the debt (also you will receive from banker a pistol and gun shots for free). Wait until 22.00 and then go (Left, Right, Right, Straight). You have to kill two pirates but after that you have to fight the third guy and you have to hurt him hard. Once he decide to follow you, you need to wait until 0.00 (then the City Guard will disappear from the gates) and go back to the city. (but remember don't get caught).
After putting the Spaniard to the banker, you receive a letter which you have to give to "Candide Brasseur" and then he will release the prisoner. When you and your navigator leave the prison a pirate will approach to you with an interesting proposal, ignore him for now and go on your ship, and then to the cabin.
Your Navigator will say to you, that you need another
100 cannon balls, grapeshot, chains and bombs
Also an additional 200 pieces of powder (so go back to the shop and do the last shopping ), then set the Navigator as a navigator (F2). Return to the cabin and talk to him again. He will be satisfide, so set sails to the port of Le Francois and go to the tavern in the Pirate's Nest. After some talk with "Cesar Craig" you need to get back to your ship. You will be attacked by one pirate ship, so just after you deal with them sail to Guadalupe. That is it
You finally have your ship and some money
