    No pirate duels if you damage their ship?

    Ya got it, cept for Montelban, mendoza, and that other clown (can't remember his name, as I deinstalled this some time back), those guys just crash their ship, cuz you cant sink em, and will trigger the fencing scene anyway no matter how much ya damage their ship.

    I don't think it's anything to do with your system, since the land battles don't appear to be 3D rendered but look like sprites instead. Anyway, the ship battles are the most graphic intensive part of this game, with the arcade scenes a distant second. Don't they kinda of limp to the next...

    Problems with `Anti-Aliasing`

    mine works with aniso as well, and not FSAA. Gonna try not to play it too much until they release the patch or new radeon drivers, crashes every game before I get a chance to save on my 9600xt omega drivers (the official drivers stutter on 1024X768)
