    Matter is, that I'm no good with maya. I model with Softimage. And maya have totally "Opposite" of controls. Even camera controls are different than Softimages.     well... for those character models, if I remember right, all you need to do is to select locator and export to gm. Might be try some different settings. at one point I had that skeleton imported, but can't find compiled file. probably was in-game and is deleted since I reinstalled PotC ...
