The Pirate Saga

I started The Pirate Saga, but as usual with this game, no one ever tells you are starting an important quest that you have to complete in limited time. I rescued Helen, blabla, the dude at the lighouse mentioned an ex executioner in saint john, so I traveled there and probably lost a vital amount of time since only after that someone mentioned I had a year to get both pieces of the map. Now i need to wait 2 months because I sold all my amulets (I can't see any value in 90% of them really) and I don't know how many missions inside the quest are left, I could reload a previous save but thats going a huge amount of time back.

So, could someone please explain to me exactly how many missions are left after giving the indian the 3 amulets he requires?
Also, one religious fanatic pirate baron asked me a book in order to support my candidate, but no clue was given about how and where to get it.

Thanks in advance to those who answer.

There's quite a lot to do in Pirate Sage , BEFORE you start the quest you absolutely NEED to have all 3 amulets for the Indian , other wise it's not possible . As far as I remember the amulets the Indian want's will not change , so the ones he has already asked you to collect will be the same if you reload an old save , so make a note of the amulets and reload an old save ,. Also "Spoiler" when you get to Justice island (City of abandoned ships) you have 3 options to start the main quest chain , if you chose the wrong option you will not be able to get Red Marry as an officer . Keep that in mind , I'm not going to say any more in case of spoilers . Other than that it will be best to check the walk through and go step by step as it's advised to get the best possible outcome .

Unfortunately, reloading previous saves is a main feature of the game.

Most of the amulets are useful, some are more useful than others, and some have penalties that I do not want to get. I always keep at least one of every amulet I find, and as many as I can buy of the ones that I use a lot. Always check the merchants for amulets.

I also keep one of every rare gem or item that I find. You never know when they might be useful for something.

Is this possible to do Justice island or Pirates saga after completing mission Flying jolly rogers ? I heard there is some boundaries for some mission, like exp level. That's why I'm asking. Anybody have any idea?

The DLC Flying the Jolly Roger starts right after you have finshed the Dutch Gambit and before you start the Pirate Saga which includes Justice Island. You will be asked by brother Michel if you want to play the DLC or not when you visit him for further instructions. So everything is possible and your own decision.

Pirate saga start after you talk to monkin port thats coming to you askinh about amulet.. at least 3 month after Dutch Gambit so i ypu want to start jollu roger dlc get back to ur brother and paid the 1 mill and talk again to your brother for the Jolly roger quest and yeah if you doing it, better do it till mission 8 and skipping the rest

Thats why you should save more often (savescumming), i always save when i come to port, before going tavern, before going to jungle and before doing mission, and before sailing back to sea.

For your problem i think you should reload before you doing pirate saga, and go to light house to get some amulet and check the street vendor each city, do some quest from governor get you some amulet too.. i hope you dont sell ur amulet from ship that you board for quest takng the pirate wives back in hispanola, thats amulet is rare

Hey, someone who saves like I do! :D

I'd add to that: save every time before you ask someone for a quest in case it's something you don't want. Also, save before doing anything dangerous and after something really good happens.

Keep saves at strategic spots. You can move them to a different folder if you want without problems, then move them back when you want to use them.
