Prima Games, an imprint of Random House Inc., and Flying Lab Software have announced the release of Pirates of the Burning Sea: Prima Official Game Guide (PotBS), the highly anticipated companion to the game. This new title from Prima Games is available in both print book and digital eGuide format, including an exclusive code for an in-game red parrot. Additionally, with every eGuide purchase from www.primagames.com, people are automatically entered into a drawing for a limited edition 8"x10�" high gloss ship print signed by the Flying Lab development team.

In the creation of the guide, Prima worked with the Syndicate, the worlds largest online gaming guild.
